The last days of winter

It is now April & I am happy to report that tomorrow (which is today) the forecast is for 50s during the day....yippie!  The last few days of winter at our house have been spent doing art, playing in tents/forts, etc, watching movies, & some play outdoors, although I will say it was very limited due to the cold temps.  Some things that I should document about the girls: Jessie is now in the phase we call "little builder" & she has spent  most of her days building bridges, space ships, boats, etc. from couch cushions.  While outside, she also builds various things like a diving board from wood & bricks--I know it sounds as dangerous as it was--mommy put an end to that one very quickly, but you got to give her credit for her creativity.  As for Ms. Ella, well, I would like to say we are completely off a pacifier, but the busted lip right before Easter was a setback & now "pur-ple" is our favorite & our friend.....I'm working on it!  Here are some snapshots of the girls playing outside on, what was hopefully, our last cold day.
