Franklin Park Day

Our little borough always has a community day each year, usually the last weekend or so in June.  It's always hot, hot!!  For whatever reason, it seems the weather just knows that they are planning on having this event & it gets extremely hot just for the occasion.  A few years ago when Ella was not even one, we took the girls & found they were both too little to really participate, this year, although still too small for many things, they did get to enjoy face painting, pony rides, jumping in a Moon walk, & eating a shave ice (well, Ella mostly did this, but Jessie tried it).  Here are a few snapshots from Franklin Park Community Day 2013.
