The "wishing dandy"

Now you may be wondering, what exactly is a "wishing dandy"??  Well, at our house it is a dandelion that has become seeds & can be blown to make wishes, of course.  The girls love their "wishing dandies" & always take the time to blow them & make wishes.  Ah, the simple pleasures when you are 4 & 5.  This was Jessica's idea to call them by this name in case you're wondering where we got that.  Jessica asked me the other day, "Are wishing dandies flowers or weeds?"  I told her it depends on who you ask.   She said they are magical flowers.  I said, then they are to me also.  Hope everyone is enjoying Spring as much as we are!
