Ella's 1 year check up

Ella had her 1 year checkup the day after her birthday.  Unfortunately, she was sick the evening of her birthday & into the wee hours of May 17th with a stomach bug.  I actually used all of the available crib sheets that I have (and that's 6 sheets...long night :(  Despite all of this, I am thankful that she is healthy & thriving by everyone's standards.  Here are her stats at 1 year old.

Weight: 21 lbs 15 oz, 50th percentile
Height: 30.5 inches, 90th percentile
Head Circumference: 18.3 inches, 90th percentile

I think the stomach bug really got her b/c when I weighed her a week or so before her birthday she was at least 23 lbs.  I was sure she was larger than Jessie, but she weighs 21 lbs--just like Jessie did.  Eventhough she didn't feel that great for the doctor I did take a few pics of her in her red/pink floral dress.  She's almost too large for it & I'll be sad when she outgrows it, but for now, I can still get her in it.  Very thankful for a happy & healthy year with our Ella.
