Spring in my yard

I really haven't had a lot to say on the old blog lately, that's mostly due to the fact that with the weather finally warming up, we have been outside a lot.  We spend most days exploring & gathering "collections" of plants, sticks, & rocks.  There is nothing my girls love more than gathering "collections".  It's hours of fun for them.  I always just really enjoy seeing their perspective on things in the yard, what constitutes a weed to me is most likely an important plant or something that looks like a piece of cement with rocks in it is probably a "moon rock" according to Ms. Jessica.  All earth worms are named "Jim" apparently & we just haven't had a good day in the yard until both girls have dug & found at least 2 worms each.  It truly is a wonderful time in life to enjoy with them.  I hope everyone that reads the blog is having a nice day!

Yep, that would be Jessica's dirty hand holding a fresh worm

  1. The flower pictures are beautiful, but do not compare with the beauty of my granddaughters! Love, Nuna
