23 months old

Jessica Marie turned 23 months old on Feb. 4th.  She is still pretty much the same as last month, although she's really into telling everyone (including her stuffed animals) where they need to be sitting.  She will point to different "chairs" around the house & by chair I mean any surface one can sit on & she will tell you to sit there.  Inevitably, Kitty Lulu & MoMo always have a seat before me or baby Ella, but oh well, it's cute ;)  She still weighs about 25 lbs (only 4 more than baby sis) and is approximately 3 feet tall.  She's doing pretty well with the potty these days & the cotton training pants seemed to have helped in the potty training arena.  Her favorite foods, varies depending on the day, although chocolate chip cookies are still at the top of the list as are bananas or nanas as she calls them & berries.  She loves to be outdoors & is enjoying little art projects much more than even a few months ago.  Her favorite thing to color is the "moon", big surprise considering she's still completely obsessed with it.  Cookie Monster has recently become another favorite character due to some books she recently received & she thinks it's really funny that he likes to eat cookies ;)  If you ask her "who is your favorite person?"  She will say Dada, although sometimes Lulu or Momo are her favorites.  If she's really enjoying her food, if you ask her, is it good?  she says "mmmm, good!"  She likes to eat with a fork, although dislikes a spoon, don't know why.  She seems to be left-hand dominant in her activities, but I guess time will tell with that.  I think that pretty much sums up this last month.  Enjoy some pics of our big girl from a few days ago--In case you're wondering we were out right before sunset & the moon was already visible, that is why she's pointing upwards in many of these ;)
